2. Handloom Authenticity

Authentic handloom items carry weave variances, slub textures, and hand-embroidered knotting. These are indicators of genuine artisanal craftsmanship and not mechanical flaws.

3. Fabric Care

Pure silk, velvet, and zari brocades must strictly be dry-cleaned to preserve the metallic luster of silver and gold threads. Uptown Ethnic is not liable for fabric damage caused by harsh detergents, tumble drying, or hot steam pressing.
