We want you to fall in love with every drape. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Uptown Ethnic offers a seamless 7-Day Return and Exchange policy.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You can request a return or size exchange within 7 calendar days from the date your shipment is delivered.

2. Conditions for Return

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original brand tags, Silk Mark tags, and packaging box must be intact.
• Unstitched blouse fabric attached to sarees must not be detached or cut.

3. Reverse Pickup & Refunds

• We arrange complimentary doorstep reverse courier pickup from your address.
• Once inspected at our Siliguri atelier, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
• For COD orders, refund is transferred directly to your provided UPI ID or bank account details.
