Uptown Ethnic provides insured Pan-India shipping directly from our flagship atelier and warehouse in Siliguri, West Bengal.

1. Free Shipping Threshold

• All orders of ₹1,499 and above qualify for 100% Free Standard Delivery across all Indian postal pincodes.
• Orders below ₹1,499 carry a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹149.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are verified, quality checked, and packed in luxury keepsake boxes within 24–48 hours of placement.
• Siliguri & North Bengal: 1 to 2 business days.
• Metro Cities (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India & Northeast States: 3 to 6 business days.

3. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner exclusively with tier-1 air logistics providers including BlueDart Express, Delhivery, and DTDC. Every package includes a tamper-evident security seal. You will receive real-time SMS and WhatsApp notifications with your tracking AWB link.
