1. Handcrafted Product Variations

Our ethnic garments, sarees, and dupattas are authentic handloom and handcrafted artisanal products. Subtle irregularities in zari weaving, motif placement, and natural vegetable dyes are hallmarks of pure artisan craft, not manufacturing defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on Uptown Ethnic are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Taxes (GST). We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing typographical errors.

3. Intellectual Property

All imagery, graphics, brand logos ("Uptown Ethnic", monogram medallions), text, and design elements are protected copyright and trademark properties of Uptown Ethnic. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
